My shower repair was quite a challenge but they never gave up!! Jeff ensured that the problem was rectified and when he thought he was stumped Dan showed up as reenforcement!!! “Wow, perhaps the best car rental experience ever. Arrived in Albuquerque just as Covid shutdowns returned, so already concerned about business on the ground. Got my car, which wasn't exactly what we needed, but Mike, the manager got involved and gave me his card to call to check if what we were looking for came in. Very helpful and considerate, out of his way. We left the airport and within 30 minutes Mike called with the perfect car. We returned, exchanged cars, had a great vacation. Mike is the best, a real asset. I probably should have hired him :)”

My mother's tv has captions and this is the same tv I grew up with. If a tv from the 80s has captions and a 2015 tv doesn't then this hotel needs to make some adaption or something.”
