Bernalillo Independent Baptist

I stay at a lot of Hamptons. This one should be the one that sets the bar for the chain standards. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was beyond nice and comforting considering the late hour we checked in. The breakfast was nice. I have skin sensitivities and this is the first Hampton that I didn't breakout or get a rash with their bedding and towels. Rooms were super clean. Cleaner than any other Hampton I have stayed in. We will stay again when we drive through Dallas.

Let me start off by saying Alex (front desk) is a true gem! He genuinely cares about all the guests having a wonderful experience during their stay. He was very accommodating going above and beyond excellent customer service. I really enjoyed our fun conversations we had whenever I'd go to the lobby for coffee/tea. The hotel was quiet and not very busy during my stay. Room was spacious, clean and had a comfortable bed. Breakfast was basic compared to other Hampton Inn & Suites I've stayed at.

I am a Hilton honors Gold member. I stay in Hilton properties all over the United States. Many of them have decreased in customer service. This particular property had gone downhill for a short time but now he’s one of the best that I’ve been to lately. It’s clean, it has lots of coffee and everything you need for a good cup of coffee. I feel very comfortable in that it’s very clean. The breakfast bar is back up to excellent standards. The food is hot and there is a spoon for the eggs and a different spoon for the potatoes, etc. this hotel lives up to the Hilton standards we all once enjoyed. I would like to thank the manager and the staff of this hotel in making my stay a pure joy.
