“I've worked out with Morris, virtually, for at least six years. I started with my sister twice a week because it was fun and a way to spend time with both Joanie and Moe. Morris was nonjudgmental and met each of us where we were physically. He always geared the workout to what was going on with each of us physically that day. When I started, I had a shoulder "issue" and couldn't raise one arm higher than shoulder height, straight out from my side, but not over my head. His workouts included exercises to extend mobility for that shoulder, but, unlike PT, strengthened the rest of my body as well. Today I have full mobility on that side. I'm seventy- four and feel that I am still improving and gaining - not losing - strength, balance and endurance thanks to Morris.”
