Enterprise Rent-A-Car

We were visiting Rio Rancho a couple of weeks ago and needed a rental car. This office did an awesome job finding us the right vehicle, even getting us an upgrade. They were very friendly, courteous, and helpful in recommendations for places to eat locally. The Branch Manager, Joshua Bray, was especially helpful. We would highly recommend renting a vehicle from this office.

I was greeted by Josh at the time I arrived with no wait. He was very friendly show me to my vehicle which was ready and we went over the initial inspection and I was on my way with no issues. It was quick and easy. Upon my return my lift driver could not find the enterprise locationAnd Josh was kind enough to get me to work on time. Thank you guys very much I will definitely rent again.

Excellent customer service EVERY SINGLE TIME! However, today topped it over the rest. I was running a few minutes behind and they where scheduled to close....I called the office and this amazing employee WAITED FOR ME WITH A SMILE! SMH. Not to mention when I arrived he was super kind, patient, communication was superb. I knew what I was paying for and as usual I drove off the lot happy. Even said outloud by myself..."EXCELLENT...SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE! I AM SO IMPRESSED!" GREAT JOB ENTERPRISE. YOUR CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST I HAVE EXPERIENCED IN NEW MEXICO!

Very helpful staff, very customer oriented, friendly and courteous.
Only concern is lack of vehicle availability for short notice needs (not specific location centric --- happens at all non-airport locations - nationwide); but still a better option than any of Enterprise's competitors. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND
