“Just like the billboard says, they do have clean restrooms! Note that both gas stations here are the same Phillips 66 and both pumps work but in the morning when I went, only one of the convenience stores were open with the clean bathrooms (the bigger one). (And there are little sparrows that know travelers drop all sorts of food so they will sit outside your car.window and stare st you mournfully until you do. But sssh don't tell the gas station I said anything about feeding the birds! :) )”

This is a museum-like collection of authentic artifacts, buildings, and period rooms that take the visitor through a timeline of early Spanish and American settlement in the region. The tour is about 45minutes, given twice a day. You can also visit on a festival day to see some of the craft demonstrations (weaving, blacksmithing, etc)”
