“This gyms awesome and staff is amazing. The last few COVID years have been rough and this gyms been my therapy has gotten me through a lot of rough times and made me a better person. The trainer Theron has helped me lose 50lbs and get all my lifts up. The owner and his family have been great and new state of the art equipment is added almost weekly. The new lat pull downs are sweet. Overall it’s affordable with amazing Olympic equipment. I’m definitely supporting this local gym you can tell this small business owner is passionate about his business A+++++”
