“Went in with a "today" urgency level need of a change made, and fully was fearing it'd be a few hours lost, but the rep listened to the whole situation, was very professional and clearly confident & knowledgeable about what he was doing. (He was also patient while I had a little trouble logging in to get a number he needed to work with the account!)
