(September 15, 2022, 8:08 pm)Kat and her team went out of their way to help us with a tricky move, multiple cars and drivers, and new house insurance. During the whole process every person we dealt with was kind and patient. Pretty surprised by this insurance agency, quite frankly.
(October 8, 2021, 12:29 pm)I had the opportunity to sit through a 3 day training class with Kat.I was blown away about how thoughtful she is of her customers and employees. It was refreshing to meet someone so passionate about truly serving others.
Also, listening to her share her knowledge on insurance and the role in plays in protecting her customers was astonishing. I’ve been an agent for 8 years. And I took away several ideas that Kat shared that I’ll be implementing in my office to help my customers.
