Most of the staff are very nice they need to get a Los Lunas schools officer for the Esperanza loop in the morning because some of the staff that goes out there she is very rude and doesn’t know what she is doing! I recommend getting someone that is going to be friendly and not wave you down. We are there at 8:45 that’s the time drop off is she is not there to direct traffic that’s a cross guards job!”

She always listens to my concerns, she doesn't hesitate to order tests to help figure out what is going on, she listens to me without interrupting every time I see her. I appreciate having First Choice because I have been to other places recently, including urgent cares in Albuquerque, that did not do anything except send me to the ED. I feel like Holly does her best to treat me and address my concerns right away to help avoid ED visits. I think she is educated and knows what she is doing. The front desk staff were friendly as well as the MAs. It was also a short wait time, especially compared to the ED wait I had recently!”
