Everyone was at lunch and all the backpacks were piled in the entryway because there was not room for students and their backpacks in the cafeteria. I wonder if lockers would be a possible solution.”

“I cannot believe how much my son has learned in just four weeks with Ms. Ashley! We have been everywhere to try to get our little five year old comfortable in the water. He has been afraid and unsure, but after just one lesson with Ashley, he put his head underwater! I still can't believe it! By the end of week 4 he was learning backstroke and freestyle. He was even doing seated diving! They put swimming safety first so this is what they teach first! I was a lifeguard and taught swimming lessons, but the caliber of instructors here is superior to any I have seen. Kay has a great program and I know we will put both kiddos in next year. Oh--and everything is SUPER clean! We will recommend to everyone, Kay! Thanks!”

“We're truck drivers and were broke down in Albuquerque. We started out at the truck stop because the shop didn't open until Monday. We got our room which was very clean. All of the employees we encountered were all so very friendly and accommodating. We had to take our stay one day at a time due to not knowing when our truck would be ready, the ladies at the front desk were always ready to answer questions or if we needed something. The weather was kind of cool so we didn't go in the pool, but it was clean and the pool area well kept. We noticed other guests taking advantage of the hot tub. The hotel is smoke free but there are places outside that are set up for smokers. The hotel is pet friendly. Breakfast is grab and go due to Covid restrictions but they do offer some hood choices. Would definitely recommend staying here.”

“Amazing, Friendly, Approachable, Organized, Terrific! I can not say enough good things about La Luz!!! My kiddo has been with me for the first 3 years of his life, so I was very worried about sending him to preschool. La Luz keeps me from feeling guilty. They helped with his transition and were very patient. Drop offs and pick ups are easy now. I know he is getting HEALTHY meals and snacks which takes off the stress of having to pack him lunch. He is learning so much and I love hearing about his day. The teachers are all so loving and I feel content that my kiddo is with them. I highly recommend sending your little ones to La Luz!”
