“My daughter has shoulder-length natural hair. She had an appointment with another hair stylist earlier the same day for her very first silk press. It was a frigid day and the stylist's pipes froze. She could not do my daughter's silk press. The problem was that my daughter had a surprise photo shoot in honor of her 16th birthday the next week. We were scrambling to get in with another stylist the same day. Heaven on Earth accommodated my crazy request and Kerry-Ann did an excellent job! We were able to pull off the surprise!
