“Better response time than my hospital's Emergency Department is what I can describe about my experience with this office. I am an exchange physician from Canada on J1 and needed some help to correct my entry record in the i94 system. This was the closest office from where I work and spoke to a female officer who gave me the exact information I needed to submit. I did so and was able to see my details corrected in about 3 business days. Another officer was also kind enough to email me a confirmation of the correction entry even though I was told I will not get any further correspondence when it gets corrected. CBP gets a bad rap these days for one-off incidents but my experience so far with this and other CBP offices have been nothing short of phenomenal. May God Bless America.”

More agencies housed in the building than I originally thought, but a chance to provide the type of support and service very much needed in the security services industry. Wonderful environment to work in, but not a place for sightseeing, all visitors have to have a specific destination and purpose for being there.”
