I highly recommend Freedom Care. They are helpful and caring. They explain the process of applying very well. It may take a couple weeks to complete the process but it is worth it

My experience was not as I expected. The pay rate is not as I was told and I hate the fact that I can’t get paid for overtime; which absolutely doesn’t make sense to me because sometimes you either forget to clock out or you’re so busy that time overlaps. Overall, the customer service team is great, the other departments are okay.
Been on the job over a month and have one issue. Still haven’t spoken to my coordinator although I’ve left a number of messages, otherwise everything is ok once I got the hang of using the tablet to sign in. My mom still have a hard time using her finger to sign. She’s old school.
Freedom care is great for taking care of family , my only issue is the app can be tricky for older people , photo taking and signing, also I was told I would receive scrubs and have not received anything.
