This was my first experience ever getting Botox or lip fillers. First of all, scheduling couldn’t have been easier and felt extremely personal with Nafisa walking me through every step. When I got to the spa, both Nafisa and Dr. Sajid spent ample time determining both what I wanted and what would look best. They were also LOVELY and so down to earth. I am a physician myself and absolutely trust the work of both of these women. The process itself was nearly painless and so much easier than expected. No pretentiousness or judgment to be found anywhere. I loved my experience !

I hope people read this review before choosing a provider for hair removal. 10 years of wasting money, believing the marketing hype about 100% hair removal permanently, and brutal pain from bad machines that don’t work.

A recommendation from a plastic surgeon, who knows the skin and does hair removal at her location in MD, guided me to a scientific-tested and no-marketing path without false expectations but the best results money can buy with regards to hair removal. I was able to locate a professional center right in Albany.

At Semblance Spa, they tell you the truth. Nafisa is professional practitioner for skin therapy and health. Her friendly personality and direct way of communicating leaves nothing for interpretation so you completely understand your choices and “potential” results. And, ZERO pain or discomfort with this process which is a big concern for most. I wish I had come here and had known the facts a decade ago.

By the way, I’m 90% hair free in the locations I work on, and will deal with the future when it comes. I’m certain there will be some growth but nothing a little shave or touch-up Nafisa can’t correct. Feeling more comfortable with my skin in my 50’s.

These two women are AMAZING! I had lip injections for the first time and they more than exceeded my expectations. Also, I had a spot on my face that would not go away. I have seen two dermatologist and no one could help me to make it go away. Well, after seeing these wonderful women at Semblance, they gave me a sample for a product they thought would help. It's only been 5 days and the spot is GONE!!!!!!! I can't wait for my next appointment!
