“I do not write so many reviews, but I believe John deserves a review for his service. During March, on Spring break, I was traveling to Lake Placid with my wife. Unfortunately, I was pulled over by a police officer who gave me Three traffic tickets. Returning home, I contacted some lawyers, but I finally choose John Lindsey with a reference from another lawyer. John asked me to send the scanned copy of my tickets, and after analyzing those he told me he can dismiss two of my tickets and can reduce another one to a non-moving violation with no points. I got the final results from the court a few days ago and got exactly the same thing as John told me during our first phone conversation. Two of my tickets were dismissed and another one was reduced to a nonmoving violation with a minor fee and no points. During the whole process, I found John very kind. I communicated with John over emails other than the first phone conversation. He was highly responsive to my emails. Almost all of the time, he replied to my emails within 5-10 minutes, sometimes faster than that. This was the first time I got involved in any kind of legal process related to courts and others. So, I often asked John silly questions, but he always replied to me patiently and in a detailed way. And finally, I got the results exactly as John told me before starting the process. If you are looking for a traffic lawyer, I would definitely recommend John Lindsey from my personal experience.”

“We just came back from a softball tournament and stayed at this hotel. We were a large group and we had a hard time finding a spot for all of us to get together. We started outside in the courtyard, which was really nice, but it was hot and humid outside. Sheila, the GM, was so accommodating and personable with us. She honestly made our stay more enjoyable. Her personality and the way she goes above and beyond to make her guests feel comfortable did not go unnoticed or unappreciated by our entire group.”

“Highly recommend the sunset cruise with live music in late spring/early Summer. Very attentive and friendly staff, with a full bar and snacks. The kids loved the ice cream and cupcakes. “The residents are not supposed to feed the squirrels are the South Mall Towers. The manager has spoken to this woman what did what she was told not to do. And believe me I take pictures of everything I see everything go on trust me I'm like scoping you out. This is a nice complex to reside at. The CDTA buses are all available close by. The Greyhound bus station is only about 3 blocks away from South Mall towers. Your rent is only 30% of your income. You must be 55 or disable to live here”

“I have only been to the egg once, and it was to see John Petrucci of Dream Theaters solo tour. It was a little confusing getting to the venue, but once we arrived it was very nice. I did not expect a venue like the egg to host a rock/metal show with how nice it was inside. Taking a elevator up with a designated staff member was a first for me. Once we got to the venue we got waters and merch at the designated area, and went to go find our spots. The staff was very good at helping us find our section and area of the theater. Once we sat down the show started, maybe I missed a memo but I didn’t know that you couldn’t record the show, so I had a event staff come up to me and tell me to stop recording, but pictures were allowed. Which I respect and appreciate the staff member for doing his job, I wish I would have known before entering the show, that way I wouldn’t record the show! I did get a couple pictures from the show that I will attach. But that was mainly the only reason I gave it four stars, and while it’s probably in their rules, or maybe it was only enforced at that show due to the musicians, I felt clueless and left out. I definitely recommend visiting however, and hope they bring more rock and metal related bands to the theater. I can definitely see more sophisticated prog metal bands playing the venue in the future!”

“This gym is an amazing hidden gem in downtown Albany. Bryan, the trainer who runs it, is friendly and knowledgeable and has mentored me for over a decade now. You can workout solo or utilize Bryan or one of the other trainers. The place has a great feel, friendly people, flexible hours, plenty of space and equipment, fitness classes, and a convenient locker room with showers... everything I need. Somehow it stays very reasonably priced and is never too busy. My workouts there are the highpoints of my day. Can't recommend the place enough. With all the fitness centers that have come and gone, I'm glad this one has stayed around.”

The seat of government of the State of New York is Albany. For us Chinese with oriental thinking, it is a bit difficult to understand. Locating the 30th government in New York City should be something acceptable to our thinking orientation. But Westerners think otherwise. New York City has enough in every way. If a state government is also added, it will be too heavy. Therefore, the state government should be located in other cities, and the interests and weights should be more or less balanced. In this sense, in which city is the state government of California? Los Angeles, or San Francisco?”
