“This gym is an amazing hidden gem in downtown Albany. Bryan, the trainer who runs it, is friendly and knowledgeable and has mentored me for over a decade now. You can workout solo or utilize Bryan or one of the other trainers. The place has a great feel, friendly people, flexible hours, plenty of space and equipment, fitness classes, and a convenient locker room with showers... everything I need. Somehow it stays very reasonably priced and is never too busy. My workouts there are the highpoints of my day. Can't recommend the place enough. With all the fitness centers that have come and gone, I'm glad this one has stayed around.”

“This place perfectly meets the needs of families right now! It provides a small, safe spot for women to work remotely while their children participate in high-quality programming - for pre-schoolers and school-age kids. The space is beautiful - 4 floors in a gorgeous older building renovated with no expense spared. Each floor is bright, with a kitchen and bathroom, and well-equipped. COVID-safe: Similar concept to a learning pod with limited interactions Advance sign-up required Temperature checks and masks required Air filtration systems on each floor Frequent cleaning with specifically-chosen sanitizers Ample hand sanitizer Shoe free space for young children 4 floors with doors for more limited interaction I feel very safe and secure here, and so does my niece. She loves all the developmentally appropriate toys, stories, and art. I highly recommend this space.”

“Great experience! I called and mentioned it was my first time; Nicole told me to remember a water bottle and that there was a Bluetooth speaker if I wanted to bring my own music. The business is attached to a hair salon and nail salon, you walk through them to get to the dance studio. Good variety of yoga mats, weights and basic workout equipment for stretching, a bar, and of course the gorgeous floor to ceiling mirrors and poles. I felt so refreshed after a great workout! The decor is really cute too. I can’t wait to go back.”
