The owner Karl helped us find an excellent and super comfortable firm mattress and perfect pillows that we are thrilled about. He also sold us a more modern sofa set that we love. He was 100% hands on, extraordinarily helpful and attentive. Never once did we feel pressured. He spent a lot of time with us educating us on the various products and manufacturers, and he seems to know instantly what his potential customers are likely to buy. Delivery was instant - the furniture arrived a few minutes after we got home from the store, and the delivery team was great! Karl has an amazing volume and selection of inventory, as well as an impressive knowledge of his huge array of furniture and mattresses. Highly, highly recommended! Extremely pleased I decided to stop in! After a fair amount of research into "best mattresses" online along with show room samplings, I was still coming up short in my search. Becoming increasingly frustrated with the whole endeavor, I was about to simply cut my losses and settle for something. I'm so happy that I decided to pop in Mattress Xpress before I did. Karl was so great from the moment I walked in. He was extremely attentive without being pushy or over bearing. After taking into account sincere consideration of my preferences, we found my perfect mattress and honestly I couldn't be happier with it. I was surprised and delighted by how reasonably priced everything was in my order. If you're in the market for a new mattress this is hands down the place to go!

The sales people were very helpful, gave practical suggestions, and were no pressure. They were also really quick. Maybe I just had lucky timing to walk in when they were free, but they were able to deliver and set up the bed immediately. I needed it for my father at his assisted living residence, and Mattress Xpress was so accommodating that he was napping in it 45 minutes after I walked out of the store. I went in today to look into upgrading my mattress. Karl (store manager) was extremely helpful, polite, and professional. He listened to myself and S/O needs and was able to find us a mattress that was a perfect match for and at an affordable price. He helped look through catalogs of bed sets helping us find one that we liked. Karl called multiple of his colleagues to help find what he had in inventory and what could be delivered. He was able to set us up with next day delivery for the set we chose. I would highly recommend Mattress Xpress to anyone looking for a mattress. He is one of the best sales people I've had the pleasure of working with.
