He was 100% hands on, extraordinarily helpful and attentive. Never once did we feel pressured. He spent a lot of time with us educating us on the various products and manufacturers, and he seems to know instantly what his potential customers are likely to buy. Delivery was instant - the furniture arrived a few minutes after we got home from the store, and the delivery team was great! Karl has an amazing volume and selection of inventory, as well as an impressive knowledge of his huge array of furniture and mattresses. Highly, highly recommended! “The washing is good. The drying is dependent on if a car comes in behind you. While you’re drying, the next car is getting a high-pressure rinse, blowing more water on your car and rushing you through the drying step. An extra 30 seconds with the entrance door closed would solve this issue.”
