Atlas is such a great environment to learn something new. Everyone there, especially Aidan and Ed, are so constructive and provide the perfect environment for self improvement, but at the same time make it seem relaxed and laid back. Everyone there learns and teaches so well, even going as a complete beginner I felt immediately accepted and and supported.

Love this place, such a great way to learn such a deep interesting martial art!

Atlas is an amazing gym with excellent instructors, who are so knowledgeable, experienced, and personable. They made me feel comfortable right from the start. As a woman who never tried jiu jitsu before, I was extremely impressed by the way they made me feel like a part of the team.

Two years ago I came to atlas, with an interest in learning about Jiu Jitsu. Even though I had no history of grappling or combat sports before my first class, professor Ed Anthony along with coach Aidan explained and demonstrated each technique with concise detail, also answering any questions that I had. Upon rolling for the first time, other students were welcoming, and very informative if I had a question. 2 years after that first class I now train Jiu Jitsu, kickboxing, and wrestling here. Competed in grappling competitions and now training to be an MMA fighter. This gym has become my 2nd home, like for many other students that attend here, children and adults alike. It’s a great environment, everyone has the goal of helping each other get better whether that be the competitor or the hobbyist. Atlas Jiu Jitsu has not only improved my life physically, but mentally and spiritually as well. If you’re looking to learn an amazing skill with a great team, Atlas is it!

Atlas Jiu Jitsu has become my second home, I am currently training to become a professional mixed martial artist. Atlas has helped me chase this dream of mine and welcomed me in like family from my first day. I have been training at Atlas for about a year now and have grown tremendously physically and spiritually. I am extremely grateful for the opportunity they have provided me with and for everyone I train with on a daily basis. I’ve already experienced so many lasting memories in the short time i’ve been here.
