When it came time for the remodel, her team was prompt, respectful and extremely skilled (shout out to Eddie, Joe Jr and Paul!). We asked so…many…questions…and yet they never made us feel like we were interrupting their work. Instead, they included us in the process to ensure we were getting our dream kitchen. Living in a 100 year old house, we ran into some roadblocks. Sara and her team worked with us to mitigate the issues in a timely fashion to keep the project on schedule. “We had a flawless experience with Best Fire Hearth and Patio! From start to finish professional, knowledgeable ,and Customer Service driven. The show room is beautiful and it was an easy ,no pressure purchase. Great selection in showroom of gas fireplaces and more. It took about three weeks to get the installation but it was also a busy time of year we had it in about two weeks before Christmas. Installation took about three hours and it was ready to go! I highly recommend the professionals at Best Fire for your home. I wish I had converted my wood to gas fireplace years ago!”

“First off, they answered me and came to give a quote for work against a house I was purchasing when almost no one else would call me back. Kevin did not charge for his time to provide the quote, which was urgent to our negotiations for the house. Friendly, helpful, and completed the work when indicated despite my mistakenly not answering a phone call from him that morning. They removed an old chimney and patched the roof, in less time than I would have inspected. Easy to work with, no surprises - the quote given was the price paid. Will use them again and would recommend to anyone.”

“My review of Islander Pools begins back in March (2022) when I learned that my mother-in-law was going to disassemble her above ground pool while simultaneously leaving three granddaughters without a summer swimming hole (yes, that would be my three daughters). Within a matter of hours, I was ready to act on what my wife and I had talked about for a few years; to put in our own pool. In my customary fashion, I dove deep into research and reviews and over the span of 72 hours, visited Islander as well as a competitor on multiple face-to-face occasions. But allow me to share why it was I ultimately chose Islander over the competition. I work in sales. I LIVE sales. Good, clean, honest sales built on rapport, trust and a “white glove” customer service experience. In the 2-3 days that I contemplated my purchase and had numerous questions, Andrew Apple @ Islander extended to me the very same level of customer service and sales experience that I dedicate myself to personally every day. When I emailed a question, I had a reply within minutes. Not just my first email or my 3rd, but after a handful+ of emails spanning 48+ hours, Andrew was basically my personal consultant. He was there, immediately and addressed my questions/concerns with confidence and certainty. The process to purchase a pool with Andrew, in my opinion, could not have been any more pleasant, and comfortable and in the end, confirmed to me that I had clearly made the right choice! The process post-purchase – all the elements that I never thought of; permits, issues with permits, delays with permits, installation rescheduling, permits being approved and celebrated, digging out for the pool, installation, post-installation clean-up, water care, chemicals, questions, closing and surely other elements that I’ve missed – Andrew as well as the entirety of the Islander team (I’ve met quite a few people during my 1st season of pool ownership and they are all equally as dedicated and friendly and caring as Andrew) continue to go absolutely ABOVE AND WELL BEYOND to ensure that (1) your experience of investing in a pool was indeed a great choice and that (2) you did extremely well by choosing Islander Pools. I’m so glad that I delayed my comments of Islander Pool so that my review could span an entire season (from purchase to install to questions re: care to closing) because the comments meant so much to me when I was contemplating my purchase 7 months ago – I hope that my review proves fruitful in your decision.
