Excellent workmanship and customer service, and for a fair price too! I wasn't sure if "most typewriters" would include my 100 year Underwood Standard No. 5 typewriter, which was both rusty and dusty, but they took it in for service last week. Though it was among the oldest they've worked on, they were extremely knowledgable and diligently considered all viable options to make it the very best it could be in its old age. It now works far better than I anticipated. :)

I brought my little, old Singer manual typewriter from the late 60's in for repair. One of the keys was badly bent and, as the typewriter hadn't been used in a while, it was dirty and needed a ribbon. Joe was able to expertly fix the bent key, cleaned the machine and installed the new ribbon so this little workhorse is back in business. I am so grateful to have it back in working order and enjoying the feel of the keys and the sounds it makes as it types along. I highly recommend this business and feel fortunate that there are still skilled craftsmen like Joe who can work on these beautiful old machines. Thank you!

They Are great. So fast and easy to deal with. Most of the time i order toners they have it there the same day. Definitely a hidden gem. Highly recommend them. 5 Stars
