Haun Welding Supply and Specialty Gases

I'm a fishkeeping hobbyist who required CO2 for my fishtank. Being new to this, I knew that the tank is part of the larger cost of the ordeal, but the guys at the counter totally helped me out! I found a ~25lb Lifegas Oxygen tank on facebook which I brought in, and they swapped it out (steel-for-steel), charging me ~25$ for the certification (what i brought was out of check) and around ~25$ for the proper gas I required. Very great experience, and the guys were very understanding of my situation and offered their expertise without the run-around. Recommended for anyone who needs gas :)

By far the most reliable knowledgeable friendly people in the industry. From Erle at the front Counter to Andy in the Back office and the realy tall guy I forget his name lol they know their stuff. And can service and sale all types of equipment They hold the experience and the bar high.

I needed to get my CO2 injection tank filled for my aquarium. No one seemed to want to fill my brand new tank but rather do a tank swap. I exhausted my options and went here this afternoon to swap for an older used tank because I needed the gas. I'm assuming the owner is the Gentleman that waited on me and he seemed a bit surprised when I said that I was told I would have to swap tanks rather than having mine filled. Not only did he have my tank filled but he gave me a little discount for my Military Service.

Haun has been supplying our helium for Upstate Balloon Company since 2014 and has gotten us through every helium shortage. A couple months ago I needed a refill and the next day Earl was able to find me one cylinder. They do the best they can, care about their customers and provided me helium when the competition refused because I was a girl and the tanks were too heavy. Highly recommend Haun.

I can't speak to the quality of Haun's welding or other specialty gas products, but as a residential client for beverage CO2, they're great. Friendlier than Noble and charge a bit over *HALF* what Noble does for CO2.

Only reason I would *ever* use another supplier is if I had a really nice tank I didn't want to exchange -- Haun can do refills too, but might not have someone certified to do it on site if you show up half an hour before closing on Friday after a snowstorm like I did, but even then they were the only place open with 5lb cylinders available -- or if I needed to swap a tank on the weekend (in which case, Homebrew Emporium does exchange only but is open weekends).
