“Let me start with, this is my second system. First install went off without a hitch. I will say the sales staff is very good, 5 stars (Scott for both systems), Installers are quick, efficient , five stars Second system was installed on a new home and no internet was available again 5 stars to installers. This is where this Company breaks down. I have made 3 internet request for help installing the Enphase Enlighten app to monitor my system. It appears they have cashed my check and left town....crickets...crickets..! My only advice...be sure this thing is hooked and running before you write the final check SERVICE gets 1 star. just a follow up on my post. Mr Kasselman did contact me and got the situation corrected. Most unusual to have the owner get in touch, I appreciate it. Running smooth. Solar is a great asset and always a conversation among friends.”

“Exceptional service!! Audio Video Corp (AVC) personnel were timely, courteous, and professional. Involving servicing a failed component, Seth agreed with the options of avoiding an on site service call. I brought the seven year old device to their shop and AVC identified which of their techs did the original installation. That same tech diagnosed, and repaired the device within two days. “I needed to get my CO2 injection tank filled for my aquarium. No one seemed to want to fill my brand new tank but rather do a tank swap. I exhausted my options and went here this afternoon to swap for an older used tank because I needed the gas. I'm assuming the owner is the Gentleman that waited on me and he seemed a bit surprised when I said that I was told I would have to swap tanks rather than having mine filled. Not only did he have my tank filled but he gave me a little discount for my Military Service. Thanks for helping me out 💯”

“I can not express in written words how grateful I am to this company and their dedicated employees. I had my truck severely stuck in mud in a bad location the night before Thanksgiving. Other towing services in the area refused to assist, another attempted and failed to get me out. Essentials worked hard in freezing temperatures to get me out and on my way home to New Jersey for the holiday. Excellent service, professional service, well equipped vehicles. “Brought my 8 month old bunny here to be spayed after being quoted nearly $600 at my vets. Through their low cost spay/neuter program I was able to get a high quality veterinary procedure for under $100. The surgery went smoothly and my bunny was acting as if nothing happened just a few hours after the procedure. I was nervous but I know she was in good hands. Very appreciative of Dr. Farrell and MHHS staff!”
