Let me start with, this is my second system. First install went off without a hitch. I will say the sales staff is very good, 5 stars (Scott for both systems), Installers are quick, efficient , five stars Second system was installed on a new home and no internet was available again 5 stars to installers. This is where this Company breaks down. I have made 3 internet request for help installing the Enphase Enlighten app to monitor my system. It appears they have cashed my check and left town....crickets...crickets..! My only advice...be sure this thing is hooked and running before you write the final check SERVICE gets 1 star.

just a follow up on my post. Mr Kasselman did contact me and got the situation corrected. Most unusual to have the owner get in touch, I appreciate it. Running smooth. Solar is a great asset and always a conversation among friends.
