“Can't say enough good things about this place. Creative workouts (we never do the same thing twice), friendly clients and awesome trainers. During the early stages of the pandemic, owner Shawn Huber made additional investments so we could safely have classes outside. As it got colder, he did what he had to do to ensure it was safe to hold classes indoor. The gym is exceptionally clean and well spaced out so while you get a great workout, you feel safe doing it. If you are looking for a place that will challenge you and also provide a fun and friendly place to workout, check this place out. You will not be disappointed.”

“This has to be by far the best experience i have ever had with a Dr./Dentist. After many issues with other facilities and told most places wouldn't see me till March and the amount of pain i was in i called the Albany location. They told me they would see me this week. I asked if there was any way they could get me in today as it was an emergency. They agreed and set a same day appointment. When i arrived a friendly face Davia was there to reassure me they would help and take care of my issues. Dr JONATHAN MORCOS was incredible and knew what needed to be done. He made arrangements to do the procedure i needed right there and then. By far i would recommend this practice to any family and friends and i will be sure to return for any other dental care needed. “Dr. Choe is one of the best dentist/periodontists I have seen. My entire experience at their practice is positive and would highly recommend them. My only concern is the billing/insurance ecosystem (you pay full upfront and practice submits for insurance later which usually reimburse us for about 50-60% upfront cost paid), but since my current dental work is low cost this is not a major concern. If I was going through major dental procedure, this would be a concern. But besides this, everyone is kind, considerate and respectful, Dr Choe is amazing at what he does.”

The space is spacious and full of activities for the kids including soft equipments, dancing, singing, bubbles, balls and other toys….. I love that everything is soft and padded for the little ones to jump and play safely without worrying about any falls or bumps….. Also the stuff are very nice and know how to deal with the kids….
