I cannot stress enough how gentle the staff is, including the nurses and doctors! I BARELY felt any needle. I barely felt any pressure or pull during my mammogram! The scar was so minimal it looked like a freckle. I always get the doctor and nurses undivided attention and it provides me so much comfort. I HIGHLY recommend!”

“Our daughter took karate from Shihan Butler through the Albany City School schools when she was in elementary school. Our son showed an interest last summer so we started him in the Albany County program. After the session ended our son begged us to let him join the dojo where Shihan Butler was. I will tell you this was the best decision we ever made! Our son Eli absolutely loves karate. I am so grateful we found this amazing dojo! We are part of a family now! “I came to Cichon's Wing Chun Kung Fu for my 6-year-old daughter to learn self-defense. This style’s forms and techniques enable even a child to hold their own against an adult would-be attacker. Sifu Russ is attentive to all his students and has been very accommodating and patient in working with my daughter. He is technically very precise but is flexible in teaching approaches to help his students understand the lesson. The studio offers an incredibly supportive environment filled with deeply kind people of every skill level. My daughter and I have been made to feel as part of a family. There are no belts or uniforms and each student progresses at their own pace with direction and tutelage from Sifu Russ. “July 9th marked my one-year anniversary of being part of the Fly-to-fit family. This is the FIRST and ONLY exercise program I have stuck with in my ENTIRE lifetime, and I am not a young woman. The trainers, ALL OF THEM, are outstanding at what they do. Safety is priority, but so is getting a great workout and having a lot of fun doing it. This form of exercise works for all fitness levels and gives you a workout unlike anything you've tried before. After your first class you'll feel more empowered to take on challenges that you'd previously shied away from. You will feel the burn, but it is a far more gentle burn, and not one of regret or intense soreness. I highly recommend these classes for those trying to get back on a healthy track for their lives, as well as those with medical conditions such as arthritis, joint issues, fatigue illnesses, or any other malady that may have made you choose the sofa over exercise. Bungee exercise is not only a fun time, it is a wonderful way to take care of your body. You'll meet some incredible exercise partners and amazing trainers.
