“Ended up purchasing my first guitar from here. Seems to have a good mix of both entry level and more advanced guitars. The staff is pretty knowledgeable on how to fit a guitar to an individual. Would recommend looking for amps around on the internet before, as they didn't have a huge selection of smaller, budget amps, and the small ones can easily be shipped. Also the coverage for the guitar even covers destroying the guitar, so that's a plus.”

Typically with telecom companies, specifically E, F, and I firms like this, there seems to be a big disconnect between employees and management that tends to make the end result product poorly constructed, over budget, and with huge, unnecessary amounts of time spent on revisits. This place engages with their employees in a way that brings union to what the customer wants and what the company delivers. My husband had rented tuxes for himself and the groomsmen through The Black Tux and two weeks before our wedding they told us that they did not have any inventory for my husband and most of the groomsmen. You can imagine how stressful this was for us to hear. That’s when we started looking around the Albany area for help. When I told Anthony about our situation he immediately was able to take my husband in to get him measured. By the end of that night, he was able to order all 10 tuxes for us! This was only about a week before our wedding and Anthony and his staff made it happen! Not only did we get all 10 tuxes in time for the big day, he was able to make any last minute adjustments to those tuxes. The tuxes were high quality and very comfortable. There have been a couple delivery and billing issues. But on the local level customer service has been very helpful and sorted things out quickly. I'm still not 100% liking all the "auto" things. And I definitely don't like there is no tracking for deliveries. But, overall the product is great and everyone I have spoken to in the Albany office is very kind and helpful. ♥”
