(July 13, 2023, 1:37 pm)Even though they couldn't solve my issue, they tried so many various round about things that could have been the issue, like ensuring the phone I got wasn't blacklisted, trying multiple SIMs and trying and eSIM, ensuring that the model was compatible with the server, and probably another thing or two that they didn't tell me about. Genuine folks in my experience.
