I had a great experience with Dinapoli. I showed up to the wrong office , so I was late to my appointment. Dr Morrissey graciously agreed to see me although he had other appointments scheduled . The office staff was super friendly to everyone and they all ended up staying late to make sure all of the patients got seen. Dr Morrissey was kind and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend!
The Best ! Mike and the staff are great. I walked in those doors not able to see out my left eye pass my nose and advanced Keratoconus in my right eye.
Today I am on my way to 20/20 vision, Mike took time to speak with me threw the whole process from start to where we are headed with a few more tweaks . My vision is amazing today . Mike is by far the best sclera lens fitter I know.
The staff are always courteous on phone and when I’m in office .

In short, I am not a customer but I stopped in to see how much a readjustment would cost. Turns out it's no charge. They had a wonderful woman named Barbara look at my glasses; she remarked that they were indeed quite bent, the nose pads were too large and she was more than kind to fix it all. On top of that, I made a remark on how much these glasses smudge and how it drives me crazy. Barbara was very informative, the glare protection I received from the other eyeglasses company I went to (looking at you E. vision) - is a generic base glare protection, inclined to have a bad hydrophobic coating on your lenses. Barbara then gave a free bottle and glass lens wipe kit (again, this was free) and said here ya go, this should help!
This all happened because I stopped in briefly on my lunch. I was very pleased with their service and hospitality even being a non-customer. In short, I recommend. I would like to return someday as a full customer, I appreciated the whole interaction. And lastly, a solid thank you to Barbara!
