The rental staff is always friendly, well informed and very capable in tending to any of our needs or inquiries. The Maintenance Staff is very responsive and all have displayed a professional capability to handle any and all of our maintenance issues. The grounds maintenance personnel do a magnificent job with grooming the lawns and the flower beds. They also do a very good job with snow removal. We are very satisfied and comfortable living in a Burns Management run apartment complex.”
