“I had an MRI the other day and the staff was very kind and accommodating, on top of immediately being ready to see me. I couldn’t hear the TV well over the machine, but the fact that headphones and special goggles were even provided satisfied me. Once the procedure was done, I was quite thirsty and the technician was happy to fetch me a glass of water as I dressed. No complaints!”
