“Stewart’s needs more staff on each shift. Lately every store I head over to is dirty (inside and out), trashes are full, no food out, no product, nothing is fresh. I used to blame the workers, thinking they were lazy and didn’t want to work (kids on staff, newer employees) but today I came into this store and sat down for 2-3 hours & had a cup of coffee with an old friend. The workers here were running around & taking customers so quickly, but there were only. 2 workers and the store was packed the entire time. Scooping ice cream & cashing out customers left and right, leaving the store to pile up with filth. They were diligent workers and 5 star employees. Deserve a raise both of them.Customers became angry with the line and the wait but there was nothing these workers could do about it. Really needs better help with staff, Stewart’s should care about adequate staff to ensure higher standards in stores because it seems that standards have gone down significantly in the last decade. I’m 71 years old and I’m very disappointed with how these stores are being managed”

“A popular lunch spot in the downtown Albany area. They don't have a real website, you have to go through Facebook. They had a full patio when I went on a Friday afternoon. Friendly service and the line wasn't too bad, it doesn't hurt to call ahead. I got the Rias Hot Sandwich, the chicken was delicious, great marinade! I'm eager to go back and try more of their menu items.”

“There is this old guy there who only works at night. He randomly is rude to customers telling them he has to go to the bathroom and hurry. Doesn't like giving you a bag when you have several items. Once I waited 5 mins while he was praying in the back of the store another time I got there in the pouring rain and he asked me what I wanted he was doing the trash, so I went across the street. There is a lot more that goes on with this man. I understand he is most likely family or a family friend, but he needs to go. edit: 2 months ago I gave a one star from the above review. Since then all new people, very friendly and great. Prices are even lower. So I change it to 5 star.”

“Chain bubble tea shop that is FINALLY locally available! Always delicious tea here, with lots of options, from type of drink, flavor, sweetness level, ice level, toppings, etc. The adjacent sushi bar is also quite yummy. The staff have always been friendly and the space is clean, with a few tables available for dining in. Never had a bad drink. Highly recommended.”

“Had a Dragon Drink at this Target-located Starbucks. The service is always great, which makes up for being inside a (rather shabby) Target. As with all Starbucks, good coffee isn't an option, but the refreshing fruit drinks are always delicious, even if a little too sweet and a little overpriced. I'm not too fancy to say I stop here frequently when I'm in this strip mall and am always glad I did. It's a step above most other 'Bucks.”

“Milk tea was absolutely delicious, albeit quite sweet. Son said the matcha crepe was a little dry - the gelato comes on the side and it was too hard to try to put in the crepe. “Came to Albany from Chicago, both my wife and I are huge coffee nerds. Tried a few coffee places in the Wash Park area. This was by far the best coffee, selection and staff we had in our 5 days. Huge breakfast and sandwich menu. Muffins can be grilled (toasted with butter) and all at a very reasonable price. Management was great as well. They accommodated us with a free coffee mug we wanted to buy but didn’t have in stock anymore. I wouldn’t ask if they have more because they don’t have anymore. Will come again if in Albany again! “I go there often for my early morning iced coffee. The employees are always friendly and helpful. I once prepaid for gas and drove off without pumping. I arrived at work when the low fuel indicator came on. I called up the store and they refunded me. My money was back in my account within minutes. It’s one of the smaller and older Cumberland farms which I find nostalgic in a sense. I’m happy it’s still around.”
