“I'm not sure if this place is going out of business or not. I see other reviewers claiming so, but they're all over 6 months old and when I went there this week the place was open and the employees looked busy setting UP the store rather than shutting it down. Everything in it was clean, organized, and appealing. Though I didn't bother with the shoes since I never trust the quality of shoes sold by fast-fashion retailers, the amount of cute clothes they had available was nearly overwhelming. Lots of great prices and sales on a myriad of stylish items I nearly had a field day; this isn't my first time spending lots of $$$ on great deals at CR and I sure hope this won't be the last.”

“The staff was so helpful & so attentive. My mom and I drove over an hour so I could try scrubs on for nursing school because of my body type. I loved that the ladies helped with the sizing and were very honest about how I have such a small waist with big thighs, they didn’t whisper about it like it was something to be ashamed of. Growing up obviously cloth shopping was not much fun. They made it easy & enjoyable. We were probably in there for fifteen, maybe twenty minutes and that’s with me trying them on with a boot on because I have a broken foot. Which they also were very helpful with, they got me a different stool in the changing room and everything. I have nothing but nice things to say, truly such a great experience. For reference I’m 5’4, 180 lbs. I got a size medium in the Cherokee top & jacket and a large in the bottoms.”

“The owner of the store gives super good customer service, I ended up buying a really high-quality jacket there at a great price. I would definitely recommend this store if you are in Albany and looking for an army navy store. “This is a wonderful store! They have a large selection of beautiful, well made jewelry at very reasonable prices. The owner and all of the staff are so helpful, you can just browse or they will look everywhere in the store and stock to find whatever you are looking for, with no pressure at all to purchase anything. “I found the prices a bit high, thus I took pix of the books I was interested in so that I might seek them elsewhere. Other reviews noted staff assisting customers with coupons, but my cashier didn't. She was polite & careful with my purchases, which were mainly good-priced markdowns when we first entered the store. I saw one female staff assisting a couple with their registry when we entered & as mentioned the polite (but not overly friendly or vociferous) woman checking is out... but saw no floor staff whatsoever! Although we very carefully made our way throughout the store, we were never approached by any staff to offer assistance, and despite lengthy research of nursery furniture displayed, no store reps were even really available! Needless to say, we ended up taking photos to research purchasing elsewhere, possibly online. There certainly were options -- but nobody to assist decision-making.”
