I can’t speak to the reviews giving fewer stars as I had good service and our items were well handled. The best part is that they are able to clean hats, which can sometimes be a struggle since not too many places are comfortable doing that. I didn’t use the washers so I can’t comment on those either. Will definitely be back. I recommend”

“I brought my queen sized comforter here thanks to my cat leaving something on it for me... after I attempted some manual cleaning then tried out the W/D at my apartment and definitely made it worse...Best Cleaners to the rescue!!!! Customer service was great, and the turnaround time was better than I hoped. As for my comforter, it's good as new!!!! Now I know to just go directly here next time and save myself the hassle.”

“Reasonable prices for washing at $2/load. The washers are a decent size and can fit a good amount of laundry. Dryers are huge and are 25¢ to start. You can easily dry 2 loads of wash. It's helpful that they have coin change machines as well as detergent vending machines. They even have a small, clean, bathroom for customers. Parking is a little confusing, there is a very small lot in the front, but a sign advising that you park in the back. If you make the block, you will find a much better place to park and the rear entrance to the building.”

“Tons of machines of all different sizes, around 35 washers and dryers each, all front-load. A cold wash starts at 3.00, more for warm/hot water and an extra rinse. Drying is .25 per 5 minutes but since the machines are huge you can combine multiple washer loads.”

“They said cleaning would be between 9-11am. Cleaner arrived at 9am on the dot. Total cleaning time for 3 areas (living room, dining room, bed room) was about an hour. We moved everything we could before the cleaner arrived to help make the job a little easier for them (i.e., don't ask them to clean a carpet covered in furniture and then get mad they take a long time). Did an excellent job. I am very pleased.”

“This place is always clean. They typically have a lot of dryers and washers available for use. They also have washers/dryers that are large enough to accommodate blankets. You can also use your debit/credit card if you don’t have cash. However they do put holds on it in increments of $10 each time you swipe it. The last wash is at 9pm daily. They also have a mini store inside that sells soap and other laundry stuff. Parking sucks though… so be prepared for that.”

I also like the points system that gives you cash towards future machine use when you use the laundry card. Very little staff so if you have an issue you need to call the phone number. Money spent here goes towards taking care of cats in shelters, which is beyond awesome!❤️ This place is a good local find.”
