“I had a pleasurable experience here today shopping for shoes to accommodate a recent medical issue. I have always had wide feet and thus shopping for shoes has always been a nightmare. I left my house today in a very old but barely used pair of shoes I bought many years ago to accommodate orthotics for tendinitis and because they had been sealed in a box and no air had gotten to the soles, as I was walking the soles disintegrated! I never knew rubber soles need oxygen. It was snowing today and I was officially out and about and utterly screwed. After begrudgingly buying a pair of crocks at a retailer that caters to "regular" sized feet, to get my swollen feet into until I could find a longer-term solution for my recent illness, I tried various orthidics retailers for "special" shoes to no avail until someone suggested AAA to me. Although typically they require appointments, I lucked out and arrived when the store had an opening. Alyx was very helpful in solving my immediate and urgent need. He is very kind and knowledgeable and I will be a frequent customer of his from now on. I can't remember the last time I walked out of a shoe store smiling and elated! Thank you again Alyx!!!”

“This is a great pro-shop in the Albany area. They have a good selection of balls priced just slightly higher than online, which you'd expect. The pro understands everything about the drill, not just putting 3 holes in that are roughly the right size. He took one look at my first ball and pattern and immediately knew that the finger pitch was wrong, the thumb hole was way too big and the span wasn't right. Also, the finger bridge gap was too large. He was able to fix everything except the finger bridge, and installed a Turbo Switch Grip system. He also drilled me a new ball and the grip is EXACTLY the same in the two (except he corrected the bridge gap in the new ball). I need some work but when I am ready for a serious ball, I'm going back here. He knows everything about determining your PAP, putting the right pattern on the right ball to get what you want, and he has a lane in his shop where I expect to try a few lessons. I wouldn't mess around at other shops that will either price gauge you or drill your pattern incorrectly.”

The cashier (I’m sorry I didn’t get her name) on register one (closest to the door) was very patient with and kind to me, not only at the register, but I’m physically handicapped, and was shopping alone. I had a lot of heavy bags, and when I realized I couldn’t take the cart out of the store, she came over and said she would help me carry the bags to my vehicle! THEN, a young male employee (can’t remember HIS name either, but it began with a H) came to our aid, and proceeded to get my bags to my vehicle! There ARE still good hearted people out there, and I found 2 today!!!! Thank you”

Best Deli in the Albany area Amazing pizza Great prices especially for downtown Great service Amazing family owned Cute dog (even though I am afraid of dogs lol ) And let me say the father and his family are so welcoming. Be smart on when you go because the line can be outside but they move fast never waited more than 5-10 minutes. Also they only accept cash or Venmo but 100% worth it. “Camelot printed our seating chart for our destination wedding and it came out beautifully. I was nervous I wouldn’t find a printer who could print in white ink on a 24x36 acrylic sheet but it was no issue for Camelot. The turn time was super quick, and they helped walk me through sending them a specific type of file so they could make a revision to it to ensure the sign printed perfectly. We were worried about getting the sign to its destination without damaging it, and they gave us tips on checking it with the airline to make sure it arrived safely.. which it did! Will be using Camelot more frequently in the future for sure!”
