“I had a really awesome experience at the Walgreens on 2nd Ave in Watervliet NY this morning. The cashier (I’m sorry I didn’t get her name) on register one (closest to the door) was very patient with and kind to me, not only at the register, but I’m physically handicapped, and was shopping alone. I had a lot of heavy bags, and when I realized I couldn’t take the cart out of the store, she came over and said she would help me carry the bags to my vehicle! THEN, a young male employee (can’t remember HIS name either, but it began with a H) came to our aid, and proceeded to get my bags to my vehicle! There ARE still good hearted people out there, and I found 2 today!!!! Thank you”

Best Deli in the Albany area Amazing pizza Great prices especially for downtown Great service Amazing family owned Cute dog (even though I am afraid of dogs lol ) And let me say the father and his family are so welcoming. Be smart on when you go because the line can be outside but they move fast never waited more than 5-10 minutes. Also they only accept cash or Venmo but 100% worth it. If I am in downtown Albany I am most likely coming here for lunch. 100% recommend this location!!!”

“Margaret Tabak is great! She is very knowledgeable, you can tell she has been practicing family law for years. I'm surprised she isn't a family court judge because she definitely could be one. A family friend recommended Margaret to me for my divorce, I'm very happy I used Margaret's services. As far as the price goes, all lawyer services are expensive. Margaret was very upfront about the charges, which I like. I dislike people who try to hide charges then invoice you a bill that you didn't expect. I don't plan on getting divorced again, but I definitely would recommend Margaret to people who are getting a divorce.”

Restored with the funds and the effort from the Dutch Consulate, New York State Museum, and the Historic Albany Foundation. For what it's worth, the timber framed part has to recreated with the screen that hangs over the facade depicting its original timber-framed look.”

“I love bringing my two dogs, a Pomeranian and a Boston Terrier. The treatment they receive here is incredible. As soon as we arrive, we are always greeted with a warm welcome by the friendly receptionists. The veterinary technicians are also very friendly and provide a clear overview of what the veterinarian will do during the appointment. During my dogs' last visit, the vet presented me with a plan of care and discussed the expenses and alternative options with me. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the care my dogs receive.”

“I recently stopped into this branch for the first time the other day & was helped by a woman with the last name Desmond, I believe. I was locked out of my online banking account and the customer service line proved to be useless. I was told to stop into a local Key Bank branch in order to get my account unlocked. I did as instructed, but was turned away at the first branch I visited. This Key Bank, though, was the second one I went to. Stressed & on a lunch break that was almost over, Ms. Desmond helped to calm my anxieties by helping to resolve the issue effectively. She also attentively listened to my grievances about the customer service line & the Key Bank branch that I had visited prior to coming to her location. I’m not one to write reviews, but I felt she really cared for the customer’s —my— satisfaction & totally understood my anxieties when it came to wanting to know what was going on with my money & my bank. She was amazing & even told me if I have any other issues to contact her directly, which I plan on doing if any problems arise again!”
