“I had been doing my fair share of online research for a new vehicle. I had an idea of what I wanted and what I was comfortable paying. I made Riverdale Chrysler Jeep my first stop of what i thought would be many dealership visits. I was quite pleased with my sales man Jesse. He was super professional, friendly and helpful. He helped get me a great deal for my trade in as well as on the truck I ended up purchasing. Roy (Finance Mgr) was also very professional, friendly and helpful. He explained to me the finance options as well as suggested (not forcibly) the option of an extended warranty. The only thing that I didn't like was the "reconditioning" of my truck. The inside was still visibly dirty. It appeared that I received a glorified car wash though I was told the people performing the service took pride in their work. That left me disappointed however I was excited to leave with a 2016 Jeep Cherokee Limited.”
