Sometimes it is extremely hard to reach someone at the front desk but after a few times of calling non stop, eventually someone will answer. Other than the phone situation, this doctor is such a nice person and so are the staff”

“I've been going to Essen Medical since 2011 or 2012 when they opened! A one-stop medical facility that has all kinds of specialists available in the same location and if not then not too far away from their location! They are affiliated with Metro Urgent Care and New York Dental Health, and they have an eye glass department connected to their eye doctor department for prescribed eye wear! Aside of the many specialist referred by a primary care doctor, they also have Physical Therapy and Manage Pain Care. I have seen Dr. Jo for several years and completely satisfied with her thorough care! Staff is kind and caring as well! Very clean Facility! Pediatrics department available on site also! Great place for our neighborhood! Lastly, they even have a pharmacy at this location! Choice One Pharmacy! 👍”

“The people in this establishment are great people. They are doing the best they can with limited resources. These are great people with essential work and their jobs need to be saved. I recently went through a series of unfortunate events in which my wallet and other belongings were stolen. These people recovered my wallet and all my important documents and safe guarded them for me until i was able to recover them. I thank everyone in this establishment as well as the USPS as a whole.
