The officers were extremely helpful and caring, dealing with the situation I was in. I am very grateful for their understanding
I Was stopped by State Trooper Aaron Kawado. I explained quickly and quietly that my 4 year old grandson in his car seat had been traumatized earlier this year by police. This trooper asked me to roll down his window. He says to my grandson "Hi, my name is Aaron, what's yours?" Proceeded to ask my 4 year old grandson, if his gramma was a good driver. My grandson Dane says "Yes." He then says. I just wanted to be sure. It was nice to meet you and have a good night" and walks away.! Dane says to me "Police are our friends right?" The goodwill this promoted, you can't buy. My name is Pam Weaver.Rene is his mother.
I Just called and stopped in for a car seat check. the officer trooper perkins was ever so helpful and showed us what was wrong , checked for recalls made sure the seat was not expired . could NOT have asked for a nicer person and she made us well informed grandparents !! Thank you trooper perkins !!!
