“Such a cool place! So many trails and so many unique rock features in this —almost 3000 acre— state forest! I can't believe I haven't been here before. A lot of unpaved dirt roads to get around but it just adds to the charm imo. Pack a lunch, bug spray, wear an outfit you can get dirty and make a day of it! Lots of trees so it doesn't get super hot which is always a plus too! I'll be coming back probably in the fall and I'd be excited to try checking out the camp grounds attached!!”

“This doctor was great!!! We fought for months trying to get my son into his other dental place for a painful tooth (always had doctors leaving). This dentist was recommended by my church leader. He definitely didn't disappoint at all... They got us in the next morning, normally, they don't do the type of extraction he needed, but because of what we had been going through just to have him seen, his pain, and the fact most dental surgeons are way backed up... "we're going to pray this will come out smoothly, because i cant justify leaving someone in pain for that long" was the response we got... smooth extraction is what we got. This place is easy to get to. And very welcoming as soon as you walk through the door. Highly recommend if you're looking for a dentist who loves what he does and hasn't lost the caring and compassion that most doctors lack.”

“This is a nice little diner. Nothing fancy, but good solid food delivered quick and happily. The food is as you'd expect from a small town diner: menu is split into breakfast and lunch, with all the normal fare, omelettes, burgers, a couple of salad options. Good portion sizes and quick service. The server was friendly and quick to get the order, even when she appeared to be the only one there juggling half a dozen tables. The diner itself has a homey feel to it, with a counter, several tables, and a couple of booths. Not a huge amount of decoration, but that doesn't detract from the hometown feeling. Overall, exactly what I was expecting and looking for.”

“I was visiting from out of state and my car's check engine light came on. Just bought the car with less than a week ago with day of fresh inspection so I didn't know what could be wrong. Being out of town it can be difficult to find a mechanic that's either available and trustworthy. I called 2 other places and neither could fit me in that day but when I called Salamanca Sales they were able to get me in that day. They quickly found my issue and fixed it for super cheap and I was on my way. Would recommend and also they're pretty friendly”

“Very low gas prices (especially on Friday!) and a nice little store with a limited range of tobacco at awesome prices. But the best about this place: all the employees are super nice and helpful, no matter how busy they are. Service with a smile! Just off the highway, it's the second gas station/store, with a marijuana dispensary on the premises. The people who work there are knowledgeable and also very nice and you can often get a free rollie with a full tank of gas.”
