“The instructions on their website for germinating seeds are quite thorough yet straightforward (so in the best way possible), and they offer seeds for many rare, niche, and/or difficult to find plants. I ordered seeds from them early last Thursday morning and they were shipped later that day, which is very quick. They arrived early afternoon on Monday, Pacific Coast time. One batch of seeds I got from them had some issues, but not to worry; after calling them up in the morning and explaining the situation, they told me to email them, send some photos, and a summary of what happened. I did, and within only TWO hours, they refunded me the money for that batch. All in all, they provided great service and prompt communication. Based on my experiences, I would definitely recommend them next time!”

I visited multiple shops when searching for my next bow who made it seem like unless you bought the most expensive "X" the new flagship bow would be unusable. Phil on the other hand presents options and lets his customers decide what is right for them. 4 arrows is now my go-to shop for anything archery and I will be sending anyone I know to Phil.”
