“My car was clean, but there was some things I wasnt completely happy about. I was taken back when I got there and they said they were 3 hrs behind because of medical issues. I had no problem with this and empathized with him, but I wish they would’ve communicated that before I got there since I had to leave my car there overnight. Which I hadn’t planned for, and needed to use it the next day. When I went looking for my change later on to use, I was left with only pennys, dimes and nickels when I know I had lots of quarters and even 50 cent coins in my middle compartment. I’m not the type to get mad over change, but why would you take someone’s quarters and leave the rest? Especially when I’m paying you anyways. I had both of my quarter spaces filled and even more on the top section and none of them were put back. If I’m trusting you with my car I expect all my belongings to return to my car even if it’s just change.”

“Got pulled over on the thruway for trailer towing issues. The mechanic on the phone I talked to at this place gave me money-saving advice on an adapter I could buy to take care of the issue instead of them coming out. Makes me believe that you're safe to call them and they won't rip you off. (May be of interest fact: State trooper escorted me off thruway instead of towing trailer with dad's estate contents and suggested this place.) Another FYI: think mechanic on phone said they charge $80 an hour and $75 for coming out. If you're desperate and can afford this and don't know who to call, I'd call these people first.”

“Locations great. Easy to find, not far from town but far enough to feel like a country setting and the BEST part is it's like DIRECTLY , I mean like walking a few steps, rite into,the water . Awesome views, amazing spot for sunsets . Keep your camera handy ! Rooms were a little dumpy and the driveway needs redone something fierce but that water access makes up for it .”

Went to Dunkirk store on Central Ave. Clerks there always very helpful, help customers find what they want. Have even checked as necessary on occasion if item was out of stock whether they had any more in back of store ready to be stocked. Fast, friendly service 🙂”

It was my first ever visit to Tim Horton and the staff was extremely helpful in assisting me make a decision on what vegetarian options I have available and how they can customize certain food items to meet my dietary restrictions. They did not rush me despite being busy as the location is sufficiently staffed. The food was fresh and tasted great. The barista who helped me was awesome and even gave me a short overview review on company background when they heard it was my first ever visit.”
