“What an excellent resource for my hearing needs. I have hearing impairment in both ears and use hearing aids to get by. Joe Gullo helped me find the proper hearing aids, testing my hearing, and giving me options to choose from. Once they came in - Joe helped to get them adjusted to me and me get adjusted to them. Whenever I had a issue with the hearing aids, I would call the office and reach Debbie. Debbie has always been clear speaking, friendly, and prompt in communication regarding scheduling appointments. Joe has always been able to quickly resolve my varied issues with my hearing aids through the years, such as the need to have them cleaned, or a part to be replaced. Sometimes I have questions regarding hearing and the aids, to which Joe has always provided me with enlightening answers. It always feels like I am taken care of fully.”

He is proactive and even though he's been in business for DECADES he is brilliant and current on treatments. I am a Momma Bear and have always been on-guard on my girls. “Well this was an unexpected pleasant surprise. We had the Mediterranean Style broiled fish and it was excellent. At the base was a perfectly cooked, tender and juicy piece of haddock. It was topped with sautéed spinach, onions, tomatoes, and feta cheese. Included was a house salad which was fresh and crisp, and tasty mashed potatoes. Even the coleslaw was delicious. Service was excellent and the view was lovely. Don't let the exterior fool you, this is worth the visit.”

“Amanda is a very talented and creative person, and I absolutely love her skill with making shirts. I had Amanda make a large order of shirts for a memorial walk, and they came out beautifully. They were also completed in such a timely manor for a multi colored shirt. I have since continued going to Amanda for my t-shirt needs and they have always held up beautifully. “We got a tire loose and rolled to the ramp in the highway one hour before Erie in Dec 23 2022. It was a severe storm hit buffalo and all regions along the Lake Erie. The weather was really terrible. “I had Juan and Jontae, I'm almost sure I am misspelling his name!!! They were so courteous, and polite!!! Pure work hounds!!! O my goodness, I am 44 and a single mom, we moved because our rent was raised by more than 400 hundred dollars , per month! I have been so stressed about moving, and am in no condition, to move or help! I broke my foot, a while back. The owner came to give me a price quote, and was so kind! Almost felt like he was family. Seriously kind and knew what we needed, for time and man power! I am so happy about these wonderful people! Highly recommend them for any job! They were so time effective!!! They brought blankets and wrapped my furniture with glass, didn't get a scratch on my new apartment!! Took their time with furniture, I moved from a huge place to a 3 bed apartment. They were so careful and worked together, like a well, oiled machine! I don't write reviews usually but I was so impressed by cost effective job and their courteous, wonderful job!!! I absolutely loved these guys!!! If you are nervous , like me and don't trust companies, this is the place for you!! They exceeded my expectations! Absolutely stellar job!!!
