“It's a lovely little shop with a wonderful owner. If you are looking for someone who is highly knowledgeable about sewing machines, their capabilities, and upkeep you have come to the right place. The owner is deeply knowledgeable and highly competent. Besides helping to pick a machine best for your needs the owner can repair just about anything given to her and she offers classes to help people better familiarize themselves with their machines. Though the shop no longer sells fabric it does have a drop-dead gorgeous embroidery thread display that contains every color you could possibly desire. More basic sewing supplies dot the walls so unless you're looking for something incredibly specific more likely than not what you need is there. Definitely take the chance and shop local, this little shop is a welcome and pleasant surprise.”

He offered to assist me in replacing the screen protector. He checked my phone to make sure it was operating correctly. He demonstrated how to take a screen shot of my phone calls and voice mail. He continued to chat with me while he worked. It was a pleasant visit. I am so glad I stopped in to get my issues resolved. Oh! The Fredonia/Dunkirk store has easy access and convenient parking too!”
