No appointment needed for servicing bicycles. Used to have to call ahead, but now one can bring your bike. The mechanic inspects on the spot and advises level of service recommended. Very professional and efficient. We bring our road bikes here.

I just bought my third bike from Steiner's Valatie in eight years, and my family has been taking our bikes (and skis) there for service for 15+. I was between sizes on the size chart, and after determining that the best fit was not in stock in their stores, Garrick went the extra mile to work with Trek to locate a bike for delivery far sooner than I had expected given recent supply chain shortages. I love the bike - the fit and setup are perfect, and it's fun to ride.
