Pete fully explained everything. When work started, they were fast and efficient. Any issues that popped up were dealt with quickly. His team was friendly and professional. I paid the exact amount I was quoted. I would recommend them for any type of residential construction that you need completed.
I can't imagine what that last reviewer is talking about! We were just amazed at the beautiful, quality work that was done when All-Type installed 4 roof overhangs (soffits) on our shingled home. This was not easy but they showed up early every day and despite the very hot weather, got the job done perfectly on time and within budget. They gave us the best price of anyone who is licensed and insured. They were very professional; no swearing/drama while they worked and very careful to go over the details of the job in the contract. When they completed the job, not a trace of their refuse was left behind. We have no doubt that we will re-hire them to put a new roof on our home a few years hence. It is unusual to get such fine service nowadays....you won't be disappointed!
