“I've lifted weights in gyms for over thirty years. This is by far the best equipped gym that I've ever seen. It's a family owned business, and the owners, as well as the rest of the staff are fantastic people. They offer a slew of classes, as well. The weight room is enormous! It was laid out by people with years of lifting experience. It's the most logical setup that I've seen in my three decades in gyms! It's not a meat-head gym! Many serious lifters, but without the attitude and bravado. Anyone can train here, and feel comfortable doing so. Myself and many other experienced lifters regularly help other patrons out. The prices are more than competitive, too!!!”
