“I have been working with Amy to address some chronic muscular imbalances and weakness in my lower extremities. Amy has been extremely patient and thorough throughout this process and has helped me fine-tune a LOT of my movement patterns to make me a more efficient and balanced runner. She has given me many unique exercises to address specific compensations that I have been using over the past few years. Under her guidance, I am gradually recovering long-lost fluidity and rhythm in my running. I think my particular issues could have easily been overlooked by other PTs and most likely gotten worse as I aged. Amy has helped decrease my likelihood of developing a serious injury or needing surgery in the future. Her meticulous work with me has allowed me to work toward achieving my running rehab goals as well as continue to be very physically active in other areas. “The doodlebugs at East Amherst is just fantastic. It is worth every penny. My daughter attended their toddler room, and I was so impressed by the teachers' attention to detail caring for each child. They made sure everyone was bundled up and prepared to go outside just the right way. They really care for the children under their care. Healthy meals are prepared daily from their in-house kitchen. They do sensory and musical enrichment regularly. They make going outside a priority, weather permitting. You can watch your children at any time using an app. My daughter really enjoyed attending and spoke fondly of her friends and teachers. It didn't take her long to get used to daycare after spending her whole life at home during COVID. Now she enjoys going to "school"! We will miss this fantastic establishment, but are grateful to have had our daughter attend. Thank you to all the staff that run this place and take such great care of our kids!”

“Fantastic gym all around - Perfect size, a great selection of equipment, and an incredibly friendly staff. I purchased a day pass 45 minutes before closing, managed to have an excellent workout, and was encouraged to come back the next day (free of charge). “Very nice Doctor. Welcoming and informative. Interested in what you had to say and provided solid recovery information. Extremely large facility at Excelsior. Well staffed yet still had a good 45 minute wait time while being shuffled through various waiting rooms and areas. Check in at front. Go to waiting room. Called to another waiting room. Called up to check in and pay then moved to another waiting room. Wait there, call into exam room, and waited again. Kind of hectic when you have a bum knee but it was comfortable and friendly in the areas so overall not too bad. The doctor was efficient, informative and I’m doing great 2 days later. Overall worth it but be prepared for the assembly line moving while not feeling too great. :).”
