Amherst Pediatric Associates

I came here when I was a child with my siblings who both had a lot of medical issues (one with down syndrome and one that is deaf and has a congential heart defect).
They are always responding to my patient portal messages, calls, answer any and all questions swiftly and very nicely: and all the staff that we have come across have been great! They seem to really care about the kiddos and I felt like they cared about me when I was a patient. Best office by far!

We are new to the area and I have been calling all the pediatricians near Williamsville even close to downtown and couldn't get an appointment. I wanted to write here my appreciation and thanks to Amherst Pediatric for taking my son in and booking him an appointment in a reasonable time frame. His appointment was today with Dr. Burg and he loves his new doctor. We are really happy with the office and appreciate everyone's hard work. Great team and once again Thank You :)

This is a fantastic pediatricians office! My mother and her brothers were patients here, myself and all my sisters were patients here and now my children are. The doctors are great, they really care, they are professional and I would recommend them to anyone.

We've been taking our kids to Amherst Pediatrics since our first kiddo was born. They are amazing, the on call service is so convenient & if we ever need to be seen they do a great job at getting us in for sick visits or other appointments. We have never had any issues. The wait times are short as well. All of the nurses are also fabulous & we love love Dr. Amanda Persaud!

Always a great experience at Amherst Pediactics. We’ve been going there since my son was born. He has special needs, he’s now 17. We love Dr. Francemone, he’s always coming up with new plans for our son. He always listens, and take the time to explain things clearly. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.
