“Today I walked into this branch looking for information regarding their checking and savings accounts. Personally, I was shopping around for a new bank to do business with and was pretty uncertain with who I'd like to go with. I walked into this branch and was greeted by Matt B. He immediately came off as a genuine and empathetic representative who walked me through all of their service offerings and professionally explained, quite literally, all of the ins and outs of being an account holder. Needless to say, I am now part of the Citizens Bank family and am very happy to be assisted by a genuine representative. It's truly refreshing to work with someone who you can trust, especially during uncertain times like these. I've called Matt B. at least a few times today with questions I have had randomly throughout the day which were answered promptly. Highly recommend you see and talk to Matt regarding any banking concerns; we all work hard for our money, so it's very nice to have someone work very hard to make sure you keep it.”

“At first I didn't think I'd care for a smaller scale grocery store, but my mind has changed...though I live close. You can get in and out of there pretty fast. The price might be a little bit higher but not having to spend an extra 20 minutes walking in, walking around, waiting in line...there is a nice but small coffee and restaurant area in there, too, that is nice”

“Customer service at this location is fantastic! Went there twice this week and the service I received from Stephanie was superb. She remembered me when I came back a few days later. She remembered my name, why I came back and even my husbands name. That’s a special skill and noticed by customers that like doing business where they are appreciated. Our banking relationship representative Ryan, also did a good job covering all of our needs. The buzz in the Branch was great as I overheard several other conversations as well. This branch is great! “My sons wanted healthy food and Harlow was the best solution. The establishment is well designed for social distancing, the staff members are lively, friendly and energetic! The bathroom is clean and well put together! The food---is outstanding! We ordered the Betty, Mac&cheese, The Burrito with jackfruit and Portland Fogs. The food was fresh, flavorful and filling, don't pass up the opportunity to eat at Harlow.”
